The ADA4938-1ACPZ is a low-noise, ultra-low distortion, high-speed differential amplifier. It is ideal for driving high-performance ADCs with a resolution of up to 16 bits, DC to 27 MHz, or up to 12 bits, DC to 74 MHz.

The ADA4938-1ACPZ's output common-mode voltage can be adjusted over a wide range, enabling it to match the ADC's input. The internal common-mode feedback loop also provides excellent output balance and suppresses even-order harmonic distortion products.

The ADA4938-1ACPZ (single-channel amplifier) is housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-pin lead-free LFCSP package. The pin layout is optimised to facilitate PCB layout and minimise distortion. The ADA4938-1ACPZ device is rated for operation over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.

At 10 MHz, the second harmonic (HD2) is -106 dBc, and the third harmonic (HD3) is -109 dBc.

At 50 MHz, both the second harmonic (HD2) and third harmonic (HD3) are -82 dBc.
