Product Description

The AD8139ARDZ is an ultra-low-noise, high-performance differential amplifier with rail-to-rail output. It features low noise, high SFDR, and wide bandwidth, making it an ideal choice for driving ADCs with up to 18-bit resolution. The AD8139ARDZ is easy to use, with an internal common-mode feedback architecture that allows the output common-mode voltage to be controlled by applying a voltage to a single pin. The internal feedback loop also provides excellent output balance and suppresses even-order harmonic distortion products. Using the AD8139ARDZ, it is easy to achieve fully differential and single-ended-to-differential gain configurations. A simple external feedback network consisting of four resistors determines the amplifier's closed-loop gain.


The AD8139ARDZ is manufactured using ADI's proprietary second-generation XFCB process, enabling low distortion characteristics with input voltage noise as low as 2.25 nV/√Hz.


The AD8139ARDZ is available in an 8-pin SOIC package with an exposed pad (EP) on the bottom, rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
