[TI] TPSI3100QDVXRQ1 Automotive Enhanced Isolated Switch Driver, SO-MOD-16

The TPSI3100QDVXRQ1 is a fully integrated isolated switch driver that, when combined with an external power switch, forms a complete isolated solid-state relay. With a gate drive voltage of 17V and peak sink and source currents of 1.5A and 2.5A respectively, it can accommodate a wide range of power switches to meet diverse application requirements.
