The 2EDF5215F is a fast, reliable two-channel, high-side isolation gate driver with accurate and stable timing and high current output. This product is specifically designed to drive low-side and high-side MOSFETs, featuring low inter-component offset and fast signal propagation. It is particularly suitable for power systems with rapid switching. Its output matches a maximum propagation delay of 4 nanoseconds, allowing the 2EDF5215F to use a lower dead time in half-bridge applications and achieve perfect synchronization in diagonal drives ‌.
