The MP8853GQ is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectifier, step-down switching mode converter with an I2C control interface. It offers a fully integrated solution that can achieve a continuous output current (IOUT) of up to 4A and has excellent load and linear regulation over a wide input voltage (VIN) power supply range.

The MP8853GQ voltage stabilizer features the following key characteristics:

A wide operating input voltage (VIN) range of 2.85V to 18V

4A Continuous output current (IOUT)

1% internal reference accuracy

The reference voltage (VREF) can be configured within the range of 0.6V to 1.108V through I²C, with a step size of 4mV and slope control

Default forced pulse width modulation (PWM) mode

The pulse frequency modulation (PFM)/PWM mode can be selected through I²C

The switching frequency (fSW) and current limit can be adjusted through I²C

16 optional I²C addresses

Internal Soft Start (SS

The leakage power supply is normal (PG) indicator

Output Overvoltage protection (OVP

Hiccup/Lock Mode Overcurrent Protection (OCP)

The output voltage (VOUT) can be adjusted between 0.6V and 5.5V through the FB pin.
