The NCP59748MN1ADJTBG is an ultra-low dropout regulator capable of delivering over 1.5 A of output current at full load, with a typical dropout voltage of 60 mV. The device is compatible with ceramic capacitors and other types of output capacitors (≥ 2.2 µF). This product includes a version with an adjustable output voltage, which can be as low as 0.8 V. Internal protection features include built-in thermal shutdown and output current limit protection. User-programmable soft-start and power-good pins are available in the DFN version.
