The NCV5661MN12T2G is a high performance low-drain (LDO) linear regulator for high power applications requiring up to 1.0 A. It is available in fixed and adjustable output versions. Available in fixed and adjustable output versions, the NCV5661MN12T2G offers output voltages as low as 0.9 V, ultra-fast response times to transient loads, and additional features such as enable and error flags (for the fixed output version) to enhance the usability of this device. The thermally robust, 5-pin DFN 3.0 x 3.3 mm, combined with a low ground current regardless of load structure, provides an excellent high current LDO solution.
