The OPTIREG™ Linear TLS820F0EL is a high performance 5 V low dropout linear regulator in a PG-SSOP-14 package. With an input voltage range of 3 V to 40 V and an extremely low quiescent current of 40 µA, these regulators are ideally suited for automobiles or any other power supply system that is permanently connected to a battery.The TLS820F0EL has an output voltage accuracy of 2% and a maximum output current of up to 200 mA.
