The NCV4276BDT33RKG is a series of integrated low-dropout regulators designed specifically for harsh automotive environments, featuring a 400 mA output current. This series offers a wide operating temperature range and input voltage range. The device is available in both fixed voltage and adjustable voltage versions, with an output voltage accuracy of 2%. It features high peak input voltage withstand capability and reverse input voltage protection. Additionally, it provides overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, and suppression functionality for output voltage state control. The NCV4276BDT33RKG is available in a DPAK surface-mount package. The output remains stable across a wide range of output capacitance and ESR values. The NCV4276BDT33RKG exhibits improved startup behaviour during input voltage transients.
