The SMIQ-5143H is a passive wideband in-phase/orthogonal (I/Q) mixer manufactured using GaAs HBT technology. This model can be used as a single-sidebar inverter for transmission applications or a mirror suppression mixer for receiver applications. The SMIQ-5143H is highly suitable for wideband frequency conversion applications that require inherent suppression of image signals and spurious mixed products. This mixer covers a wide frequency band, with RF and LO frequency ranges of 5 to 14 GHz, and IF frequency range of DC to 7 GHz.

As a passive mixer, the noise figure of the SMIQ-5143H is lower than that of active mixers, providing an outstanding dynamic range for high-performance applications. This mixer adopts a compact 4x4mm 24-pin QFN type package and can operate without DC bias.
