NSIP8921W1-DSWR: Dual-Channel Digital Isolator with Integrated Isolated DC-DC Converter

Overview:

The NSIP8921W1-DSWR is a dual-channel digital isolator featuring an integrated isolated DC-DC power supply. The isolated DC-DC power supply delivers up to 500mW of output power on an on-chip transformer. The feedback PWM signal is transmitted to the primary side via the digital isolator, which employs NOVOSENSE capacitive isolation technology.

The NSIP8921W1-DSWR achieves data rates up to 150Mbps with common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 150kV/μs. It offers 5V to 5V, 5V to 3.3V, and 3.3V to 3.3V conversion modes, with output voltage selectable via the SEL pin.
