The 1ED3144MC12H is a high-performance electrically isolated single-channel gate driver produced and launched by Infineon. It is designed to drive IGBTs, MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs. The typical output current of 1ED3144MC12H is as high as 6.5A. The input logic pin operates within a wide input voltage range of 3V to 6.5V. It adopts CMOS threshold levels and supports 3.3V microcontrollers.
