The CY8C4146LWE-HVS015 automotive microcontroller (MCU) belongs to the PSOC 4 HV mixed-signal (MS) series. This MCU is a combination of a microcontroller and a 12-bit SAR ADC, as well as a fifth-generation multi-sensor converter (MSC) module that supports capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE™).

The PSOC™ 4 HV MS-64K/128K MCU adopts the Arm Cortex®-M0+ processor, which has programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks. The CY8C4146LWE-HVS015 MCU supports ASIL-B functional safety, complies with the ISO 26262 standard, and has passed the AEC-Q100 certification.
