CY8C4147LQE-HVS136 is a PSOC ™ HVS-128K microcontroller launched by Infineon, which is part of the PSOC ™ 4 HV mixed-signal series. It is a programmable embedded system suitable for automotive HMI, body and powerline applications.

The CY8C4147LQE-HVS136 integrates an Arm ® Cortex ® -M0+ processor, programmable analog/digital modules, a 12-bit SAR ADC, 5th generation CAPSENSE ™, PWM, serial communication interface and integrated LIN PHY. Its high-voltage subsystem enables direct power supply from a 12V automotive battery, making it an ideal choice for automotive solutions.
