The LTC3315BJV device is a dual-channel, 5V, 2A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter, available in a 2mm x 2mm LQFN package. Two step-down converters operate in a constant frequency peak current mode at a switching frequency up to 10MHz, with a minimum on-time as low as 25ns, enabling high efficiency and fast transient response in a small-sized application package.
