The 2EDN8534F is a dual-channel 5A gate driver IC from Infineon, belonging to the EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN family, optimised for driving standard MOSFETs, superjunction MOSFETs, and wide-bandwidth (WBG) power switching devices (e.g. SiC, GaN). Available in an 8-pin DSO package, the chips feature high drive capability, fast switching response and multiple protection mechanisms for applications such as servers, telecom equipment, DC-DC converters, industrial power supplies (SMPS), power tools, solar inverters and more.
