The PXE1610CPN-G003 is an enterprise-grade digital power controller packaged in a QFN-48-EP (6×6mm) package, primarily targeting power management requirements for servers, data centres, and high-performance computing devices. The chip supports Intel® VR13 rev1.1 and VR12.5 rev1.5 microprocessor architectures, offering multi-rail/multi-phase digital control for CPU/GPU core voltage regulation, with high-precision dynamic voltage adjustment (DVID) and fast load transient response capabilities.
