The ISL9123BII9Z is a highly integrated, step-down switching regulator. The ISL9123BII9Z is a highly integrated step-down switching regulator capable of providing output voltages as low as 0.4V. The device is capable of supplying up to 600mA of output current (VIN > 2.5V) and offers excellent efficiency due to its adaptive frequency hysteresis control architecture. Designed for standalone applications, the device supports a default output voltage at power-on reset (POR). After POR, the output voltage can be adjusted from 0.4V to 1.180V (ISL9123B) using the I2C interface bus.
