The RAA4892553GNP battery front-end is a low-cost 3 to 5 cell battery monitor that can measure voltage/temperature and transmit it to the MCU for battery management. This device includes a current monitor and a 5-pin LED driver directly from the battery voltage, enabling low-cost display of charging status. The heat-resistant plug-in RAA4892553GNP also features a 100mV current wake-up detection and battery/wire open circuit detection function.
