The MPQ4324EGDE- The MPQ4324EGDE-AEC1 is a synchronous buck switching converter with adjustable frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz). It has integrated upper and lower power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively), which can provide high efficiency output current (IOUT) up to 4A peak by peak current mode control.

The MPQ4324EGDE-AEC1 supports a wide input voltage (VIN) range of 3.3V to 36V and a 42V load-surge tolerance to accommodate various step-down applications in automotive input environments. Its 1μA shutdown current (ISD) allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications.
