The ADUM6132ARWZ is an isolated half-bridge gate driver that uses ADI's iCoupler® technology to provide an isolated high-end driver with an integrated 275 mW high-end power supply. This power supply is provided by an internally isolated DC/DC converter that not only supplies power to the ADuM6132 high-end output, but also to any common external buffer circuit used with the ADuM6132. This feature eliminates the cost, space, and performance issues associated with external power configurations such as bootstrap circuits.
