The MAX20481BATEA/VY+ is a complete ASIL-compliant SoC power system monitor with up to seven voltage monitor inputs. Each input has a factory OTP programmable over/under voltage threshold range of 2.5% to 10% with ±1% accuracy. Two of the inputs have separate remote ground detect inputs for use with high-current SoC power supplies.
The MAX20481BATEA/VY+ integrates a factory-programmable window watchdog with digital input pins for refreshing and disabling the watchdog. The device's active-low RESET pin can be factory set to reset under various conditions.
The MAX20481 significantly reduces system size and component count compared to separate ICs or discrete components, while improving reliability.The MAX20481 meets the ASIL B reliability level when used stand-alone. The device operates in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
