The TPS3840DL17DBVR nano-Iq high input voltage monitor has a wide Vin value range that enables monitoring of the 9V supply rails or battery without external components, as well as monitoring of the 24V supply rails when external resistors are used. Thanks to the femto Iq, battery life can be extended in low-power applications and current consumption can be minimised when external resistors are used. With the fast start-up delay feature, voltage faults can be detected before the rest of the system is powered up, maximising safety in dangerous start-up fault conditions. The device's low power-on reset (VPOR) feature prevents incorrect reset, premature enable or power-up of the next device and ensures proper control of the transistor during power-up and power-down.
