Multiple power rail support:

Integrates three power converters for VPOS (boost converter), VNEG (reverse buck-boost converter) and AVDD (boost converter) for battery-powered devices.

VPOS: 2.9V to 4.5V input voltage range, 4.6V output voltage, 300mA output current.

VNEG: -1.5V to -5.4V programmable output voltage, -4V default output voltage, 300mA output current.

AVDD: 5.8V or 7.7V output voltage, 30mA output current.

High accuracy and protection function:

VPOS output voltage accuracy of 0.5% (25°C to 85°C) with dedicated output sense pins.

Short circuit protection and thermal shutdown are provided to ensure stable system operation.

Package and Dimensions:

A 3mm × 3mm, 16-pin ultra-thin quad flat leadless (WQFN) package is used.
