LTM8047EY (Isolated µModule Converter): 3.1VIN to 32VIN Isolated µModule DC/DC Converter, BGA-45

The LTM8047EY is an isolated flyback µModule DC/DC converter. The LTM8047EY features a rated isolation voltage of 725VDC. The LTM8047EY package integrates a switch controller, power switches, transformer, and all supporting components.

The LTM8047EY operates over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 32V and supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 12V (set by a single resistor). The LTM8047EY is housed in a thermally enhanced, compact (11.25mm x 9mm x 4.92mm) moulded resin ball grid array (BGA) package, suitable for automated assembly using standard surface mount equipment.
