The MOTIX™ BTM9011EP is a fully integrated H-bridge motor driver with a small footprint and two levels of adjustable slew rate for improved EMC performance. It operates through an SPI interface.

The MOTIX™ full-bridge IC provides a cost-optimised solution for ease of design. The device is available with supply voltages from 7 V to 18 V. It is suitable for automotive applications with a minimum current limit of 10 A and PWM frequencies up to 20 kHz. The BTM9011EP is available in a small (4.9 x 6.0 mm) package with exposed pads for improved thermal conductivity. It features high voltage side and low voltage side current detection.
