The MAX20484CATEC/VY is an ASIL D-compliant complete SoC power system monitor with up to five voltage monitor inputs. The programmable overvoltage/undervoltage threshold for each input ranges from 2.5% to 10% with an accuracy of ±0.8%.
The MAX20484 integrates a programmable flexible Power sequence recorder (FPSR). The logger stores power on and power off timestamps separately and supports on/off and sleep/standby power sequences. The MAX20484 also has a programmable challenge/response watchdog accessible via an I2C interface, an external clock/fault monitor, and two configurable low-level active RESET outputs.
