The MAX14131CAEE is a 4-channel, 1kVRMS digital isolator in a QSOP package with a smaller form factor. The device offers three possible unidirectional channel configurations to support any 4-channel design, including SPI, RS-232, RS-485, and digital I/O applications.

The available data rates of the devices range from DC to up to 1Mbps, 25Mbps or 150Mbps. Each device can be configured high or low by default, and the default value is the output state when the input is not powered on.
