The MAX22445EAWE+ is an enhanced, fast, low-power, four-channel digital isolator. The device provides digital signal transmission for circuits operating in different power domains, with a power consumption of only 0.74mW(1.8V power supply) per channel at a 1Mbps data rate. The MAX22445 offers enhanced isolation and can withstand 5kVRMS rated voltage for up to 60 seconds.
