The MAX22565CAAP+ is a 6-channel enhanced fast low power digital current isolator using proprietary technology. The device is isolated and has a voltage rating of 3.75kVRMS/ min. The isolator transmits digital signals between circuits with different power domains, consuming as little as 0.71mW (1.8V power supply) per channel at 1Mbps. Low power characteristics help reduce system power consumption, improve reliability and achieve compact design.
