The QPA0016 is a 13.75-14.5 GHz 15 W GaN power amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15 um Gan-on-sic production process (QGaN15).

The QPA0016 delivers up to 15W of output power with a small signal gain of 35 dB and a power increase efficiency of 32%. If necessary, the operating frequency can be extended to 12.75-15.35 GHz.
