The PAC55713 power application controller is optimized for high-speed BLDC motor control. This controller integrates a 150MHz Arm Cortex®-M4F microcontroller, Active-Semi's proprietary multi-mode power manager ™, configurable analog front end ™, and dedicated power driver ™. This compact solution includes 128kB flash memory, 32kB SRAM, a 2.5MSPS analog-to-digital converter (supporting 24-sequence programmable automatic sampling), 3.3V I/O, flexible clock control, PWM/ general-purpose timer, and multiple serial communication interfaces.

The PAC55713 mainly has the following functions:

Three high-side 70V, 1.2A (pull current) /1.8A (pour current) gate drivers
