MPQ4341GLE-33-AEC1 - Product Description:

MPQ4341GLE-33-AEC1 is a configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous step-down switching converter with integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side power MOSFET (LS-FET). It provides up to 5A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with fixed-frequency, zero-delay pulse-width modulation (PWM) (ZDP) control for near optimal transient response.
