The MPQ2166GDE-AEC1-Z is a dual-channel PWM synchronous buck regulator with integrated internal compensation, operating over an input voltage range of 2.7V to 6V and delivering an output voltage as low as 0.6V. The MPQ2166GDE-AEC1-Z can be configured as either a 2A/2A or 3A/1A output current regulator, featuring a low quiescent current of 60µA, making it an ideal choice for portable products powered by a single lithium-ion (Li+) battery.

The MPQ2166GDE-AEC1-Z integrates dual 55mΩ upper transistors and 20mΩ synchronous rectifier transistors, eliminating the need for external Schottky diodes, thereby improving efficiency. The MPQ2166GDE-AEC1-Z features peak current control mode and internal compensation functionality, along with low dropout configuration capability. Both channels can operate at 100% duty cycle. Comprehensive protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit protection and over-temperature shutdown protection.
