Product Description

The TPS543B25TRASR is a high-efficiency 18V, 25A synchronous buck converter with an internally compensated, fixed-frequency Advanced Current Mode (ACM) control architecture that generates output voltages from 0.5V to 7V while operating in FCCM mode for extended periods of time. The device offers high efficiency and operates at switching frequencies up to 2.2MHz, making it suitable for designs that require a small solution size. The fixed frequency controller can operate from 500kHz to 2.2MHz and can be synchronised to an external clock via the SYNC pin. Other features include a high accuracy voltage reference, two-wire remote sensing, selectable soft-start time, monotonic start-up to pre-biased output, selectable current limiting, adjustable UVLO via the EN pin, and full fault protection.

- Enable Terminal with Adjustable Input Undervoltage Lockout

- Power Normal Output Monitor

- Output overvoltage, output undervoltage, input undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheat protection

-40°C to 150°C operating junction temperature range

- 2.5mm × 4.5mm, 17-pin WQFN-HR package with 0.5mm pitch
