Product Description

The MPQ4325GRE-AEC1 is a synchronous buck switching regulator with configurable frequencies (200kHz to 2.5MHz). It has an internally integrated upper tube MOSFETs (HS-FET) and lower tube MOSFETs (LS-FET) that provide high efficiency output current (IOUT) up to 5A via peak current mode control.


With a wide input voltage (VIN) range of 3.3V to 36V, the MPQ4325-AEC1 ADAPTS to a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. Its 1μA static current (IQ) in off mode allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications.
