The MAX16170ATP/VY is a high voltage ideal diode controller designed to provide complete system-level protection for automotive applications. The MAX16170 features a dual-gate driver topology that supports a common drain configuration and protects the system from reverse voltage, input overvoltage (OV), undervoltage (UV), overcurrent, and thermal failure conditions.
