The LT4422AV is an ideal diode with an integrated P-channel MOSFET, operating within a range of 1.9V to 28V. Compared with the Schottky diode, after enabling this diode, its 15mV forward voltage regulation characteristic can significantly reduce power consumption, while increasing the operating margin and efficiency. In addition, the LT4422AV can easily achieve the ORing function of multiple power supplies, thereby enhancing system reliability and preventing reverse conduction.
