The LTC4371IMS is a dual-input negative-voltage ideal diode "or" controller, which is used to drive external N-channel MOSFETs and can serve as a low-dissipation alternative to Schottky diodes in high-power -48V systems. Low power dissipation and voltage loss eliminate the need for additional heat sinks and reduce the area of the PC board. The power supply can be easily "or" connected together to enhance the overall system power and reliability.
