The LTC4451AV is a high-performance Schottky diode alternative that uses an integrated N-channel power MOSFET. This device can easily "ORs" power supply to enhance system reliability and prevent reverse conduction.

The LTC4451AV regulates the forward voltage to 15mV, significantly reducing power loss compared to Schottky diodes. Regulation ensures smooth current transmission in diode-OR applications without oscillation. When the power MOSFET is in the fully enhanced state, the RDS(ON) of the transistor is 21mΩ, the rated forward conduction current is as high as 7A, and the power consumption is 1.34W simultaneously.
