The 2ED2388S06F is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with separate high - and low-end reference output channels. Based on Infineon's SOI technology with excellent durability and immunity, it is able to maintain operating logic at transient voltages up to -11VDC negative voltage (VCC = 15 V) on the VS pin.
