The LTC7065RMSE is a half-bridge dual N-channel MOSFET gate driver that operates at input voltages up to 100V with supply independent tri-state PWM input logic. The powerful 1.3Ω pull-down and 1.6Ω pull-up drive capability enables short transition times to drive high-voltage MOSFETs with large gate capacitance in high switching frequency applications, and the adaptive breakdown protection design optimises efficiency and MOSFET transconductance protection.
