The ADUM261N0BRIZ digital isolators are 5- and 6-channel digital isolators with a maximum propagation delay of 13ns and pulse width distortion of less than 4.5ns at 5V operating voltage. The isolators feature 100kV/µs common-mode transient rejection and tight channel matching of 4ns maximum. The data channel ensures a data rate of 150Mbps (maximum) and can withstand a voltage rating of 5kVrms.
