The MAX14930DASE Channel 2.75kV Digital Isolator transmits digital signals between circuits of varying power ranges in ambient temperatures up to +125°C. It is used for robust current isolation of digital signals, withstands 2.75kV (RMS) for up to 60s (VISO), withstands 445V (RMS) continuously (VIOWM), and has a 630VP Repetitive Peak Voltage (VIORM), withstands ±10kV surges, and complies with IEC 61000-4-5.
