The LD56020M180R is a high precision regulator that delivers 0.2A current. It comes in a SOT23-5L pin package for maximum space savings. The LD56020 features extremely low voltage differential, low static current and short circuit current reentry, making it suitable for low power battery powered applications. With the enable logic control function, the device can be put into a shutdown mode to achieve a total current consumption of less than 0.1µA.
