The LD56020M110R Ultra-low Noise LDO is a high precision regulator that delivers 0.2A current. The LD56020 achieves stable operation through small ceramic capacitors at the input and output. The LD56020 features extremely low voltage differential, low static current and short circuit current reentry, making it suitable for low power battery powered applications. With the enable logic control function, the device can be put into a shutdown mode to achieve a total current consumption of less than 0.1µA.
