The TPS74612PQWDRBRQ1 is a 1A ultra-low dropout regulator (LDO) with power normal indication. The device is available in a small 8-pin, 3mm × 3mm VSON package with wettable sides for easy optical inspection.The TTPS74612PQWDRBRQ1 has low quiescent current consumption and provides fast line and load transient performance.

The TPS74612PQWDRBRQ1 supports an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and an externally adjustable output voltage range of 0.55V to 5.5V, making it a flexible post regulator device. The device also provides a fixed output voltage to power common voltage rails.

The TPS74612PQWDRBRQ1 has a power-good (PG) output that monitors the feedback pin voltage to indicate the output voltage status. the EN input and PG output can be used to sequence multiple power supplies in a system.

The devices include integrated thermal shutdown, current limit, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) features. the TPS74612PQWDRBRQ1 has internal foldback current limit to help reduce thermal dissipation during short-circuit events.
