The TPS74701QDRCRQ1 low dropout (LDO) linear regulator provides an easy-to-use, robust power management solution for a wide range of applications. User-programmable soft-start minimises stress on the input supply by reducing capacitive inrush current, and monotonic start-up is designed to power many different types of processors and ASICs. With an enable input and power normal output, timing control is easily performed with an external regulator, allowing solutions to be configured to meet the timing requirements of a wide range of applications with special startup requirements.

The device also features high accuracy reference voltage circuitry and error amplifiers that provide 0.95% accuracy over the full load, line, temperature, and process ranges. The device is stable with any type of capacitor greater than or equal to 2.2µF and is fully compliant with AEC-Q100.
