Product Description

The TPS7B8401QWDRBRQ1 is a low-dropout linear regulator designed specifically for connecting batteries in automotive applications. The device has an input voltage range up to 40V and can withstand transients that may occur in automotive systems (such as sudden load drops). It features high output current, low quiescent current, and excellent line transient response characteristics, making it suitable for automotive gateway, remote keyless entry (RKE), and other always-on battery connection applications.
