L6362ATR: IO-Link Communication Transceiver IC, VFDFPN-12

Overview:

The L6362ATR is an IO-Link and SIO mode transceiver device compliant with the PHY2 (3-wire connection) specification, supporting COM1 (4.8 kBd), COM2 (38.4 kBd), and COM3 (230.4 kBd) modes. The output stage can be configured as high-side, low-side, or push-pull, capable of driving resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads. It can be connected to sensor chips in an industrial 24 V environment. The industrial environment can include PLCs, IO-Link masters, relays, or valves.
